About James Castaldo, CPA
Mr Castaldo operates his own full-service accounting firm and provides specialty services for Transportation, Construction, and Technology businesses. Mr. Castaldo has prided himself on providing the best possible tax preparation, controller duties, management, and IRS and state tax representation for individual and corporate clients.
Experience - Mr. Castaldo served as the Manager of Compliance for Cablevision Systems Corporation (NYSE: CVC), the eighth largest cable provider in the United States. In addition to managing his department, Mr. Castaldo was involved with the planning and tax preparation for all corporate restructuring transactions.
He has held senior management positions with L-3 Communications Corporation, (NYSE: LLL) a telecommunications company, and Bender Cicotto & Co, CPA, a Long Island-based accounting firm.
Mr. Castaldo holds a M.S. in Taxation from Long Island University and a B.A. in Business Administration from Hofstra University. He is a member of American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the New York State Society of Public Accountants.
